Google Chrome – The Fast and Secure Web Browser App Reviews

Dont know issues of other users, but its good for me. Usual dont like Google products but now you doing good, I have 6 of your products on my phone!!!

I would rate this as a 5 star app, easily. But and its already halfway through 2017. This needs updated. Please. Its a simple task. Include a ad blocker. We all know the built in ad blocking apps on the store, only does do for Safari. Include EasyList + EasyPrivacy + Ad Blocker Warning Removal List + Malware Domains + SPAM404 as list options. Give users the ability to choose to include any, or all of them. Have the ability to compile, and let users make their own lists. Maybe a sub reddit on Reddit? Users could work together to get a comprehensive list. Update it nightly or at least weekly. That was duplicate entries can be removed, and outdated entries that no longer apply, can also be removed. It isnt that hard to do. Likewise, there is zero reason why web site designers cannot make money including non intrusive ads. It would also greatly increase efficiency. It would speed up the Internet worldwide, and would remove a massive amount of SPAM and Malware. There is no reason why to not use at least TLS 1.1, possibly TLS 1.2, block SSL, and include a feature to automatically use HTTPS connections, vs plain text HTTP.

Worlds fastest web browser? Obviously that didnt translate over to mobile. Also gets stuck a lot

Im having the same problem that some others are having. The app wont open at all. So cant use chrome at all on my iPad. Very frustrating.

I received a pop up saying my browser needs to be fixed or I will be blocked (?) due to viruses etc. Siri directed me to this APP which after my password etc...wont open. Any suggestions? Anybody? Thank you!

Latest iterations of the app have gotten worse and worse; continues to slow down and feel bloated. Only sticking with it because Im fine with it on desktop

Political or economic, theres no legitimate excuse for leaving out Print To Google Drive on IOS. It goes against the whole focus on Googles highly integrated and universally functional products. No more than a rating of 3 from me until this essential feature is restored.

Fix issue cannot download a file from eBay failed to download

It opens but then when I start typing when I type the next letter the last on disappears. Please fix this.

Not sure why but it isnt working anymore for some reason? Just downloads and site on my add account page and then crashes. 05-19-2017 buggy??

After you request desktop site, you cannot revert back to mobile site.

Was a great app. Now keeps freezing. New tabs dont display without freezing. Gmail in Chrome especially problematic. I cant see any incremental benefit of the new release, only negatives. I wished this day would never come, but Im switching to Safari.

Crashes right when I open it. I worked before? Frustrated.

While browsing on an iPhone 6S, I often experience lock ups or crashes where the browser screen goes to a solid dark grey background. The history back/forth keys, bookmarks and refresh features have no effect also. Only workaround is to exit the browser app and reopen. I hope this is resolved soon.

5 Stars, Plain & Simple., GC the gold standard of web browsers. Who cares if you can play "You Tube" music in the background. That has nothing to do with the purpose, service, or quality of Google Chrome. There are a plethora of ways to listen to music. In contrast, Google Chrome is one of the very few preferred "default" web browsers.

Just updated to 10.3.2 on iPad Air and Chrome isnt responsive. I cant get it to open nor will it uninstall. Note: it finally uninstalled after moving it from the "task bar".

I was concerned when I saw the bad reviews for Chrome, but I decided to download it and give it a try. I havent had any problems at all. I saw that a lot of people said that it was slow, but I havent had that happen. I guess it depends on what you are trying to do on the browser.
