Google Chrome – The Fast and Secure Web Browser App Reviews

I initially downloaded chrome so I could access my (internet-based) work e-mail on my apple devices, since safari never accomplished this very well (pages loaded badly and was unusable). But since a recent update, chrome now has the same problems as safari. This app has now lost its only usefulness for me and is now completely useless. Fix that problem and it will easily become a 4-5 star app.

Not very complicated perfect of business

Google Chrome is like web browsing using a spreadsheet. If by "bug-fixes", Google meant they fixed the slow as mud browsing, then yes, the bug-fixes worked. If by "bug-fixes", Google meant actually fixing the horrible usability issues, then no, its still buggy.

Links wont load. Have to open everything in a new tab!

I really dont like this recent update. If I hold down on a bookmark, it doesnt give me options on how to open it - it selects it so I can make edits. I dont want to edit my bookmarks, I want to open them. Very unuser friendly update.

Google Chrome should have a function that allows the user to access chromecast on the iPad. Its odd that this has to be brought up. Its a Google product on a Google product fix asap!

Always crash for no F*ing reason, i try to write a comment on facebook and it always crash before i can, i cannont navigate on the web without the browser crashing

The restore button dont work,app bugs too much so I lose my tabs every day so I have to restart and its slow

They are keeping up with tech (if not innovating it,) and they offer so much to the end user for free... Google rules.

I get so excited when I use this app. So stimulated.

I really like the additional chrome functionality!

I dont like the keyboard for the iPhone 6 Plus...not sure if its just me but the period by the space bar gets super annoying

Great app. I love the new bookmarks

I love this browser and use it every day, but after this new update I am unable to do anything when I open the app. It just shows me the new tab page and freezes.

Horrible bookmarks

Its a nice mobile web browser. Has some function superior to safari for sure, but Im missing a nice home page to easily navigate favorite bookmarks like safari, and a function that will auto fill username and password on sites, (even in incognito mode) like safari. Its nice that it syncs bookmarks properly with my PC, putting it ahead of Firefox.

Please bring this back.

I absolutely hate how the bookmarks are now displayed. Its sorted by date in a list format (why oh why??), and now takes longer to locate the bookmark you want. It was fine before, in a grid display where you knew exactly where each bookmark position was for quick access. They keep changing this app to try to improve interactivity, but they keep making the wrong decisions. Another instance is swiping left and right. It used to be used for switching between tabs, but now it works as back and forward browsing which makes it too easy to accidentally navigating and using yet more data when the page has to refresh. I would not recommend this version, and if you have an older version already installed, id say stick to that cause this version is very unintuitive.

It is easy to use and is just as good as the safari app, it is fast and intuitive.
