Google Chrome – The Fast and Secure Web Browser App Reviews

Chrome froze partway through the latest update. Now it wont open. I uninstalled it thinking a fresh install would help but iOS wont let me. I have to install the broken version from the cloud or go to another browser. I guess Firefox it is then.

New update constantly crashing my browser

This update crashes all the time. Then I lost ALL OF MY TABS. I actually use that stuff. Im pretty angry about this.

Worked great until the last update, now theres a delay when creating a new tab. Delay when loading a new page (on pages that previously took a fraction of the time to load). Needs to be fixed fast.

Loved chrome before the new update. Now its extremely slow and lags real hard. Strongly suggest waiting for update.

What a surprise.. Like all their other programs i was expecting failure but honestly it aint bad. Im new to it but thus far I like it much better than safari and firefox. Safari side swipe is crazy annoying and firefox doesnt allow you to edit bookmarks. If firefox would fix the bookmarks it would be a strong contender. Im using iphone 7

If the latest update was to make it not function you did an excellent job, keep it up!!!

No advantage or point to this. Just wanted to play YouTube in background without having stupid phone screen on all the time. Did not work!

When you open a new page in new tap, you need to be inside the page to make ot loaded, also in PC & MAC. Your latest updates made me delete chrome in all my devices.

Fix this asap

Seriously?! When did Google test their latest upgrade? I now only use it for one forum site which I check once a day. For the foreseeable future Ill just go back to checking that site on my PC. Google Chrome is relegated to "no longer to be used" until I see another update is available. If anyone at Google is paying attention, someone on your team REALLY SCREWED UP!!!

Everything runs very slowly since the latest update. It appears Im not the only one with the issue. Opening a new tab can take 30 seconds or so before the window shows up.

Its better than safari at least.

App crashes a lot more for me now than it did even a month ago... Sites that used to load fine now suddenly cant.

Ipad 3 and within a minute of opening the app now it crashes! ***edit so i deleted the app and then reinstalled it and it seems to work fine now.

Has been my go to browser on iPhone for years but latest update has made it laggy and just about unusable. Please fix!

Lately my chrome app has not let me even begin to use it before an ad pops up telling me I won something. Normally. If I close the app or hit the back button Im fine. Now it wont even let me do anything except hit "ok" which Im not going to do. The app is useless to me right now. The ad says "iwanttobeinside" so Im pretty sure its malware.

After updating, trying to use Chrome is agonizingly slow. Especially when trying to open new tabs, close tabs, or load new pages. Its honestly gotten so bad that Ive started using safari again... and thats an issue.
