CRASH! FREEZE! Arrrgh!

Ive been using Chrome as my primary browser for several years. Mainly because of the shared bookmarks and passwords with Chrome on my PC. In the last week or so, with latest IOS v. 8.4, Chrome shuts down after a minute or so of operation. Ive tried signing out of Google, deleting Chrome, and reinstalling with no results.
UPDATE 5/13/2017: I keep trying latest versions of Chrome app and it continues to be virtually unusable, freezing intermittently sometimes for 10-30 seconds, other times requiring shutdown and restart of the app. Highly recommend you not try this app.
